I have been using Marketo since 13 years. I helped enable Marketo services, trained various Marketo teams, and was a delivery owner for many Marketo customers at Grazitti Interactive during 2013-2023. Since 2023, at HERE Technologies, I am working in Marketing Ops, using and optimizing Marketo artifacts while also working with sales, compliance and engineering across various topics – database, lead flow, scoring, setting up special custom campaigns, integrations, consent management (GDPR, CNIL), improving marketing performance, analytics, and so on.
As a passionate Marketo practitioner, I have been very active to share various ideas on how to use Marketo.
I have been recognized as Adobe Marketo Engage Champion four times since 2023.

Evolution of Marketo and tech-in-general is both exciting and overwhelming. Individual capacity isn’t enough and we’re seeing a very lucid illustration of the Martech Law when it comes to adoption of AI. Real enterprise adoption collides with realities like governance and acceptance. I see these times as times of relearning the ways of work while getting laser focused on outcomes and business processes.
